Refund & Cancellation Policy

Norvau provides custom operational system engagements for food and beverage businesses. Because every engagement involves significant preparation, proprietary methodology, and implementation work tailored to the client’s specific operation, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all services.
Non-Refundable Engagement Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total engagement fee is required at the time of signing to secure the engagement. This deposit covers scoping, scheduling, operational preparation, and resource allocation. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance of the engagement fee is due in full before implementation begins. No implementation work will commence until the full engagement fee has been received.
Cancellation Before Implementation
If the client cancels the engagement after payment but before implementation has begun, the 25% deposit is forfeited. The remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days. “Implementation” is defined as the commencement of any scoping session, diagnostic review, system design, or deliverable production related to the engagement.
No Refunds During or After Implementation
Once implementation has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All engagements involve custom operational work, proprietary frameworks, and deliverables built specifically for the client’s operation. This work cannot be reversed, resold, or reassigned. The client retains all deliverables produced up to the point of cancellation.
Deliverable Revisions
Norvau stands behind the quality of every deliverable. If a deliverable does not meet the scope agreed upon at the start of the engagement, the client may request one revision per deliverable at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of deliverable receipt and must reference the original agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the included revision, or changes to scope, will be billed separately.

Norvau’s Right to Cancel
Norvau reserves the right to cancel an engagement at any time if the client is unresponsive, fails to provide required information, or engages in conduct that prevents the work from being completed. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the client retains all deliverables produced up to the point of cancellation.
Free Services
CoreScore assessments, the Operations Lab, and all publicly available tools and content on the Norvau website are provided at no cost and do not fall under this refund policy.
Disputes
Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations should be directed to operations@norvau.co. Norvau will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes professionally and promptly. All engagements are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
