Norvau is the public operating brand of NextGen Insights LLC. All services, tools, content, and systems available through norvau.com are owned and operated by NextGen Insights LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to: Operations Lab, CoreScore, CoreSteward OS, Core Activation, Core Installation, and Scale System.

Agreement

By accessing or using norvau.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Norvau, operated by NextGen Insights LLC, provides operational assessment tools (CoreScore), operational intelligence subscriptions (Operations Lab), and consulting services (Core Activation, Core Installation, Scale System) designed for food and beverage businesses. Our tools and content are intended to help operators identify operational gaps and build stronger systems.

No Guaranteed Results

CoreScore scores, recommendations, and action plans are generated based on self-reported information that you provide. Results are not guaranteed. Use of Norvau's website, tools, or services does not guarantee revenue growth, profitability, or specific business outcomes. Any recommendations or insights should be validated through professional consultation before implementation.

All content, tools, assessments, and recommendations provided byNorvau are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific advice tailored to your situation.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide through our tools and forms. Assessment results, scores, and recommendations are only as reliable as the inputs you supply.

Implementation Services

Implementation services including Core Activation, Core Installation, and Scale System are subject to separate engagement agreements. These agreements will outline scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms specific to each engagement.

Subscriptions & Billing

Operations Lab subscriptions are subject to recurring billing at the interval selected at checkout (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize NextGen Insights LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All website materials, frameworks, systems, diagnostics, reports, videos, written content, tools, branding, and methodologies on norvau.com are the property of NextGen Insights LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or reproduction of any materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

NextGen Insights LLC is not liable for any business decisions made based on CoreScore results, Operations Lab content, or any other information provided through our website or services. You use our tools and act on our recommendations at your own risk.

Email Communications

By submitting a CoreScore assessment or contact form, you consent to receiving operational follow-up emails from Norvau. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Refunds & Cancellations

All paid engagements are subject to our Refund Policy. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure an engagement. No refunds are issued once implementation has begun. See the full Refund Policy for complete terms.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
